Warranty Policy
This warranty covers manufacturing defects exclusively, specifically those resulting from production errors, including:
• Seams and Stitching: Tearing, unraveling, or stitching defects;
• Thread Integrity: Thread damage leading to seam separation;
• Hardware: Factory defects in zippers and sliders (jamming or breaking without external mechanical impact);
• Cushion Filling: Premature deformation (loss of volume or clumping) under normal domestic use;
• Polyurethane Foam (PPU): Critical loss of elasticity that renders the product unusable during the warranty period.
Warranty Terms:
• The product must be used for its intended purpose;
• Full compliance with operation and care instructions;
• Absence of unauthorized interference or structural modifications.
Horns Base, Horns Corner, Horns Corner Plus
• 3 years on hardware: seams, threads, zippers, and sliders;
• 2 years on cushion filling;
• 2 years on polyurethane foam (PPU);
• 2 years on inner covers;
• 12–18 months on fabric (depending on the selection);
• 10 years on metal supports.
Hmara Poufs (Sizes S, M, L)
• 3 years on hardware: seams, threads, zippers, and sliders;
• 5 years on filling;
• 2 years on inner covers;
• 12–18 months on fabric (depending on the selection).
GES Chair
• 3 years on hardware: seams, threads, zippers, and sliders;
• 2 years on polyurethane foam (PPU);
• 2 years on inner covers;
• 12–18 months on fabric (depending on the selection).
NAKAMA Chair
• 3 years on hardware: seams, threads, zippers, and sliders;
• 2 years on polyurethane foam (PPU);
• 2 years on inner covers;
• 12–18 months on fabric (depending on the selection);
• 10 years on the metal holder.
Designer Poufs (Lili, Shrimp, MAK)
• 3 years on hardware: seams, threads, zippers, and sliders;
• 2 years on polyurethane foam (PPU);
• 2 years on inner covers;
• 12–18 months on fabric (depending on the selection).
TRIPTYCH Metal Coffee Table
• 5 years on the structure.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
• The warranty does not apply in the following cases;
• Natural wear and tear of materials during use;
• Minor changes in softness, shape, or height of the filling that do not affect functionality;
• Mechanical damage (cuts, punctures, tears, pet damage).
Damage caused by:
• Moisture, flooding, or condensation;
• Direct sunlight or heating appliances;
• Aggressive detergents or chemicals;
• Violation of weight/load recommendations (jumping, standing, excessive weight);
• Commercial use in high-traffic areas (cafes, showrooms, co-working spaces) unless pre-agreed;
• Unauthorized repair, reupholstering, or replacement of filling and hardware;
• Color discrepancies due to fabric dye lots or screen calibration settings.
